Good morning everyone!
Yes, I am rocking another J.Crew thrift store find! This sweater easily retailed for $100+ at the store. I found it for... $5!!!! Brand new too. No idea what people are thinking when they donate clothes, but one person's goodwill trash is always my treasure :)
At least it was donated to St Vincent De Paul. They do a lot for local homeless people, like shelters and meals. Salvation Army also uses 100% of their store proceeds to help those in need. Goodwill, on the other hand, only uses 10% of their store proceeds to actually help people. I shop at all thrift stores, but its nice to know where your money actually goes at the end of the day.
So anyway, other than my amazing $5 sweater, shirt is my no - wrinkle Banana oxford that I'm obsessed with. I need more of them but I refuse to pay $59 a shirt. I passed up two at the Red White and Blue thrift a few weeks ago... They were size 6's, and I wear 0. In hindsight I think I could have made them work considering I usually wear my oxford under sweaters. Oh well.
Skirt is a clearance Macy's find. It's INC which is another brand where the size 0's fit and I don't need petite. It's nice when companies make junior sizes in "professional" clothes!
Shoes are Aldo but I thrifted them forever ago for I think $5-6.
Necklace is a repeat but its also a clearance mall find.
Happy hump day! :)
